Scheduling is the central nervous system of a project. It should be accurate and representative of project reality. Approximation, Decomposition, Multilevel aggregation are detouring ways from reality. the ultimate way is concurrent scheduling.

At E2C, we deeply understand how project scheduling is important to communicate a project vision in order to achieve superior project performance. Our approach is to consider concurrently all necessary elements in creating and maintaining a project schedule. To do so, we believe that schedule activities should be tightly linked into the scope of materials line items in order to reflect truly the reality of project throughout its life cycle.

Our methodology is very differentiated from current practices where the schedule is sequentially elaborated at different levels of granularity and outside the context of materials line items which only leads to an inaccurate representation of project reality and causes an overall misalignment of status and very slow propagation of project changes.
